Being built to serve partners, we do not compete with our VAR’s because we do not call into customer accounts or accept direct customer business. Customers interested in SOC services would be directed to the channel to procure MSSP or SOC services.

Yes, it is straight forward and possible to bring existing Alien Vault deployments into the HyperProtect SOC. We have done it many times over and have a consistent process to on-board existing deployments.
Once approved to the channel program, your channel manager will assist as needed in pre-sales activities.
Yes, HyperProtect will provide remote engineering resources to assist in the deployment and management of the POC.
